The Brown and Hurley Group are growing fast and want you to be part of our team in Emerald as an Office Administrator. Part time role with flexible hours approximately 25 hours per week. In this role, you will undertake reception and administration duties including customer service, operating the switch board, data entry, filing, office and kitchenette upkeep while also offering administrative assistance to our Service and Parts department .
 

About you

  • Previous reception, and administration experience
  • Is customer-focused, team-orientated, self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Excellent attentional to detail, communication and organisational skills 
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Previous experience working in a vehicle dealership is desirable
