About our Apprenticeship Program:
Apply today to become an Apprentice at The Brown and Hurley Group! We’re looking for year 12 and recent school leavers to commence their full-time, four-year apprenticeship at our Ayr branch commencing January 2025. 

Our fulltime four-year apprenticeship program combines specialised on the job training and classroom learning with industry leading professionals at our state-of-the-art facilities. Earn while you learn and enjoy the security of an apprenticeship and work on the latest technology in the precision farming sector. Get hands on experience in a wide range of technologies - high precision GPS guidance systems, GNSS base station network transmitters, display systems, controller automation, Telematics, data apping and more. 

After the successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will have a great trade qualification and an opportunity to become a permanent employee in a thriving industry and have a rewarding career at The Brown and Hurley Group.

What we’re looking for:

  • Year 12 students or recent high school leavers, mature aged applicants with some mechanical experience will also be considered 
  • Someone who is committed to completing a four-year apprenticeship and starting a long-term career in the heavy vehicle service industry
  • A Responsible, enthusiastic, mechanically minded, team-oriented, self-motivated person with a strong work ethic
  • You must be physically fit due to the nature of work
  • You must have a drivers’ licence, own transport is preferred
  • Someone who is ready and able to commence in January 2025
