About the role:
The Brown and Hurley Group are growing fast and want you to be part of our team in Rockhampton. In this role, you will undertake administrative duties as well as, exceptional customer service, strong attention to detail and organisation skills and intermediate computer skills. Previous administration or parts experience at a vehicle dealership would be an advantage. 

About you

• Previous administration or parts experience
• Is customer-focused, team-orientated, self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Maintain and ensure correct pricing, part numbers/barcodes
• Ensure parts display areas are kept tidy and stocked to full capacity
• Process parts warranty claims and associated paperwork 
• Provide backup administrative services to other departments
