The Brown and Hurley Group are growing fast and want you to be part of our team in Innisfail. You will provide quality assurance, job approvals, guidance and support to workshop staff and undertake diagnostics, maintenance, services, repairs, rebuilds and breakdowns on a range of agricultural and construction machinery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supervise and educate service staff on correct workplace processes and procedures 
• Be the liaison between the service office and floor – help allocate, monitor and report on jobs
• Inspect and sign off on jobs to ensure all technical work is carried out to the manufacturers requirements
• Carry out service, maintenance, repair and rebuild work (to your own capability)
• Provide exceptional and professional customer service 

About you:

• Experience in a similar role at an agricultural, machinery or truck dealership
• Agricultural mechanic qualification or any other mechanic qualification 
• Problem-solver, customer-focused, team player, excellent communicator and strong leadership and organisational skills and intermediate computer skills
• New Holland, Case IH, John Deere or Kubota experience (desirable)
