Are you ready to take your career to the next level? The Brown and Hurley Group is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join us as a Sales Administrator in our branch in Toowoomba. As a business we are growing fast so we need someone who is ready to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. In this role, you'll play a vital part in our sales department, ensuring the processing of vehicle and equipment orders is efficient and accurate. 

What you will be doing:

• Tracking sales throughout the sales process and updating customers as required
• Managing sales invoices and supplier orders for vehicles and equipment
• Coordinating and processing finance payouts on purchased and traded vehicles and equipment
• Maintaining stock lists
• Updating DMS as per the sales process
• Managing vehicle registrations
• Ordering, maintaining and coordinating the distribution promotional items
• The preparation of delivery and warranty sheets for the vehicle handover
• Organising the movement of vehicles and equipment to their destination
• Compiling and tracking the Sales teams commissions

About you:

• Previous sales administration experience at a vehicle dealership is highly desirable
• Sound knowledge of vehicle registration and compliance processes
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills
