The Brown and Hurley Group is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join us as a permanent-part time Office/Service Administrator in our branch in Emerald. As a business we are growing fast so we need someone who is ready to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. In this role, you will provide timely and accurate reception and administration support and assist in the effective operation of the Administration Department.

What you’ll be doing

• Greet customers/visitors to the branch and assist with general queries, or refer to appropriate other staff members 
• Operate the switchboard/answer phone calls in a prompt and efficient manner
• Maintain petty cash 
• Order stationary supplies and maintain adequate stock
• Internal/external mail distribution
• Process all warranty paperwork correctly and as per guidelines
• Obtain required warranty information from the service team
• Organise and control recalls (paperwork and old parts)
• Provide quotes, invoices and other administrative services as required
• Stock and maintain kitchenette area
• Organise travel arrangements for staff
• Filing and banking
• Assist all other departments with administrative duties 

What we're looking for

•    Previous administration experience
•    Customer-focused, team-orientated, self-motivated and enthusiastic
•    Excellent attentional to detail, communication and organisational skills 
•    Intermediate computer skills
•    Previous experience working in a vehicle dealership is desirable
