The Brown and Hurley Group are growing fast and want you to be part of our team in Rockhampton. You’ll play a critical role in the following duties that can include but not limited to:  

• Ensure parts display areas are kept neat and tidy and stocked to full capacity
• Maintain shelf tickets and ensure correct pricing, part numbers/barcodes 
• Order stock 
• Process RFC’s, associated paperwork and maintain RFC spreadsheet
• Process parts warranty claims and associated paperwork 
• Process credits for customers and organise refunds upon approval from the relevant manager
• Provide exceptional and professional customer service 
• Provide backup administration to other departments

About you:

• Previous administration experience 
• Experience in a similar role at a truck, car, machinery or agricultural dealership  
• Customer-focused, excellent communicator, team player, problem-solver, strong attention to detail and organisational skills and intermediate computer skills
