In this role, you will undertake administrative duties as well as, exceptional customer service, strong attention to detail and organisation skills and intermediate computer skills. Previous administration or parts experience at a vehicle dealership would be an advantage.
About you
- Previous administration or parts experience
- Is customer-focused, team-orientated, self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Maintain and ensure correct pricing, part numbers/barcodes
- Ensure parts display areas are kept tidy and stocked to full capacity
- Process parts warranty claims and associated paperwork
- Provide backup administrative services to other departments
