About the Role
Due to continued growth and increasing customer demand, we are looking for five Heavy Vehicle Mechanics to join our team in Toowoomba.
You'll work in one of the region's largest heavy vehicle workshops, servicing and repairing leading truck brands in a modern, well-equipped environment. Our workshop spans more than 2,300m², including 35 bays, a dedicated component bay and three full-length service pits, giving our technicians the space, equipment and support they need to perform at their best.
No two days are the same. Our technicians enjoy a diverse range of work completed in-house, including servicing, diagnostics, engines, drivelines, suspension, brakes and electrical repairs, providing plenty of variety and opportunities to further develop their skills.
We operate core hours from 7:00am to 3:36pm and offer plenty of overtime opportunities either side of the core hours for those looking to maximise their earnings.
What you'll be doing
- Perform servicing, maintenance and repairs on heavy vehicles
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults
- Complete engine, driveline, suspension and brake repairs
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance
- Ensure all work is completed to OEM and company standards
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Work collaboratively with fellow technicians and workshop staff

What we're looking for
- Heavy Vehicle Mechanical trade qualification (preferred)
- Experience working on trucks, heavy vehicles, agricultural or construction equipment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- HR Licence (advantageous)
- Road Worthy Licence (advantageous)
