The Brown and Hurley Group is growing in Mackay, and we’re looking for a customer-focused team member to join our team. With The Brown and Hurley Group you’ll find yourself close to the Pioneer Valley, Finch Hatton Gorge, and the Whitsundays, all which offer opportunities to support key local industries, including transport.

If you enjoy supporting day-to-day operations and providing great service, you’ll play a key role in our Mackay Service Department with duties that can include but not limited to:  

• Providing exceptional and professional customer service both on the phone and face-to-face in the Service Department
• Book and coordinate jobs
• Preparing service sheets
• Follow-up on purchase orders
• Provide quotes, invoices and other administrative services as required
• Process all warranty claims and paperwork with PACCAR and Cummins
• Provide backup administrative services to other departments

About you:

• Previous administration or warranty experience
• Experience in a similar role at a truck, car, machinery or agricultural dealership 
• Customer-focused, excellent communicator, team player, problem-solver, strong attention to detail and organisational skills and intermediate computer skills
